ConnX expands its customer service and development team with eyes on growth in the coming year. ConnX is delighted to announce two new colleagues have joined the team in 2022.

Kieran Foot

Kieran Foot joins as Senior Developer with a focus on moving our flagship product ConnX Stock to a cloud-based application. Kieran has a wealth of experience in coding complex software applications and will work closely with our MD Chris Waine to add the functionality we know customers need, whilst ensuring our focus on simplicity and ease of use is not lost.

Kieran will also take on projects for bespoke integrations, and he has experience integrating to several other software packages including WASP. Kieran says “I am so excited to be working with the team at ConnX on the next stage of the ConnX Stock software. I look forward to speaking with customers more as we begin the testing phases of development.”

Vicky Waine

Vicky Waine joined the team earlier this year following 10 successful years as an Operational Manager in a Manufacturing business. Her own experience allows her to understand the specific software needs of SME’s in the manufacturing world.

Vicky’s role is pre-sales and post-sales project management with her number 1 focus being a successful implementation for every customer. Vicky says “My aim is to ensure we support the customer from initial enquiry, providing them with the right solution for their needs so they can gain the visibility of stock they need for their business.”  

Vicky also has extensive experience in plain and printed labels and can offer our customers a label consultancy service to help customers obtain the best pricing for their label usage. This can be very useful as the label industry is in turmoil with material prices rising at alarming rates.
